Apex Tour Payment Terms Precision. Performance. Peace of Mind. 1. Vehicle Reservation Deposit Securing your place on The Apex Tour begins with a £5,000 deposit per vehicle. This guarantees your chosen car — whether a roaring McLaren or a timeless Bentley — and sets the wheels in motion for a bespoke experience crafted around you. Note: This deposit is non-refundable, reflecting the exclusivity and limited availability of each tour. 2. Culinary Experience Charges Driving is only half the story — indulgence is the other. To ensure your table is set at every stop, the following per-guest fees apply: Signature fine dining experiences, in partnership with Britain’s most celebrated kitchens Curated premium restaurant stops along your journey Each meal is selected to complement your route and elevate your experience. 3. Hotel Stay Charge Hotels will be booked well in advance due to high demand in the region, the sooner you book the more we can find! 4. Additional Activity Charge To ensure your experience is tailored to you, every need - additional booking can be made at activities such as golf, driving experiences, clay pigeon shooting, castles, palaces and more! 5. Final Payment Schedule To complete your booking: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before tour departure. For bookings made within 60 days, full payment is required immediately. Our team will provide reminders and support to make this seamless. 4. Cancellations & Force Majeure Life is unpredictable — and while we hope for clear skies and open roads, we understand things change: Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may be partially or fully non-refundable. However, in the rare event of a force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions), refunds will be honoured in line with our commitment to integrity and service.
